Ios launch failed, Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided

my question is the same as iOS launch failed: "Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided." - Mobile - Unreal Engine Forums i am also working on windows 10, his started working after disabling substance plugin, i dont have substance plugin , the first time i tried launching with a blank project and it launched on iphone. after making changes to the level it wouldnt launch again. started a new blank project to test and that wouldnt launch either , with the same error.

tried updating visual studio, restarting, new project. no idea why it would launch one time , then wont work again,

after several hrs playing around, i think it was because of arkit plugin, i figured since default map launched to ios from pc . it was possible with AR. transferred the project to a mac and was able to get it to launch. hope this is useful to someone else.
