On my windows machine I accepted the EULA for 4.3 preview and then the entire “4.3” engine is now gone from my list in library. I was able to install it and open it on my macbook, but again on my windows machine the options to launch 4.3 isn’t even there.

I suppose another question is: perhaps I accidentally declined the EULA, would that make the option for 4.3 preview disappear?

Good News! No worries about 4.3, you should be able to download the release version now. I am looking into the Declining the EULA and not having access to the preview, but I may not have an exact answer for you for a while.
