Diffuse UV's Exported from Cinema4d are displayed differently in Unreal

Hello,

I have a curious problem.

I have modeled an asset in Cinema4d. in cinema the uv’s have been unwrapped to my liking and everything is displaying normally.

However when I bring the asset into Unreal parts of the diffuse texture are stretched.

Here is a picture of the diffuse texture in Cinema.

Here is a picture of the uv’s laid out in cinema.

Here is the result in Unreal.

And the Uv’s in Unreal

I’ve tried redoing the Uv’s, Exporting the file as an obj, Renaming the Uv’s to 0 and 1, Using blender to export the fbx, changing settings in unreal. I’m just not sure why it is changing the uv diffuse layout.

I thought it may have to do with the mesh being triangulated during import. (Though I haven’t had this issue with other imports.) I believe I unchecked triangulate on during import which yielded the same result. As well as triangulating in cinema first, then redoing the Uv’s, of which I still got a messy diffuse texture in program.

I’m not sure If I have posted this problem in the correct place. Would anyone be able to help?
