To clarify, you can use starter content in your game and still sell the game; there isn’t any additional fee for using starter content. But they game is still subject to the royalty provisions of the EULA.
What about content from the downloadable games (in the marketplace)
All of the starter content is royalty free. So you can use any materials or objects you like
