substance plugin causing ue4 to fail packaging project to windows-64bit

Hey,

I am having a hard time getting my project to package to an executable windows-64bit game platform. When i click package it comes up with packaging failed. Im almost certain it has something to do with the substance plugin. I removed the substance plugin from my last project because i only used a couple materials and it packaged fine. But now i want to be able to use substance throughout my whole project and i want to be able to package them into a game platform.
Can anyone please help me with this?
