Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How do i use all the threads of my cpu for compiling?

Hey, I am developing an horror game, and its important for me to see if the lights are good, the textures, etc... I am a new developer, I am working with UE4 for 3 months.

So, I need a lower compiling time and i have an i3 6100 ( 2C, 4T ) and I was wondering if there is any way to use all the threads of my i3.

Thanks for your help and time.

( Sorry for my english )

open the swarm agent and checkmark "Developer Settings". Then head over to the Developer Settings tab and in "LocalJobsProcessorCount" type in the number of cores you wish to use when you bake. I also recommend setting the LocalPriority to Normal to speed up bake times
