Whenever i try to install the unreal engine 4, i need to select my file destination (so i do)
and then it comes up saying “system cannot open the device or file specified”
Please Help me

Can you try re-downloading the installer and seeing if this works first? If not and you are getting the same issue can you provide the following information:
Is the installer in an unencrypted folder such as “Downloads” or on your desktop when you try to install?
Can you tell me what location you’re trying to install the engine to. Is it on the C: drive or another drive?
Can you upload your DXDIAG here? (For dxdiag, hit “WindowsKey”+R, then type “dxdiag” in the text field, it will open up a new window, then hit the “Save All Info” button on the bottom)
Can you post the log for the installer here as well? (just run Windows key +R again, and this time out the msiexec command (just put your full path to the installer). So if the installer was on the root C:\ drive you would hit Windows+R, then type:
msiexec /i C:\UnrealEngineInstaller.msi /L*V UnrealEngineInstallerLog.txt)
Make sure to re-install the installer first and see if that works before diving into the other troubleshooting methods!

I moved the installer to the location I wanted to install Launcher to (C:\Program Files (x86)) and Ran the installer from that location and it installed.
