Crash when executing any packaged build with LPV enabled

Any Windows build of any project crashes immediately when r.LightPropagationVolume is enabled in the ConsoleVariables.ini. This happens even with builds of blank new projects.

Tested on Windows 10 (GeForce GTX 970, driver version 385.41)

why you used word FIXED, people can’t verify that, you can in that case insert any version 4.55 or 9.78 for example?

ps: and please can you share that fix?
