How to use a Pose Snapshot On other Skeletal Mesh Istance?

I already learned that you can save a pose snapshot and use it in the same animBP.
And I also know that you can dump a snapshot and save it in the character BP.

But how to use the dumped snapshot? I couldn’t find anywhere online about how to use it to another SkeletalMesh or to it self. And you can’t set a single Bone transform on the run in blueprint or animBP.
The only thing I can do with it is to look at all the name of its bones and transform of all the joints.

I am really confused here. what I am trying to do is to make a Splinter Cell style Last-Seen-Position kind of effect, where the player left a transparent silhouette of the character in the pose of when was last seen by an AI. The game was made by Unreal Engine so I am pretty sure there is a way to do this.
And BTW, I am using exactly the same skeletal mesh for testing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
