Build from Source: Setup.bat fails at 99% - Not from path too long

I am getting the following error from a clean directory tree,

Failed to download ‘http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies/UnrealEngine-3592632-05a1a0e828ed43e086e4ae40bd8fab5b/b1b9a5446d175e844eeb255da14f4f16d97fba4b’: Non-negative number required.
Parameter name: count (ArgumentOutOfRangeException)

This appears to differ from the typical “path too long” issue others have encountered.
I am running Windows 10.

I would suggest to try “Long path tool” program.

Hi Sumio, did you by chance leave the machine alone when running Setup.bat?

I had this issue myself a couple of times and I believe it may have been caused by my failure to respond to a dialog window toward the end of Setup.bat.

Try running Setup.bat again, but this time wait for the dialog to pop up. If you’ve already run Setup.bat once before, this should only take about 3-5 minutes since the downloading portion should already be done.
