How would I create a material like this...?

Yo!

Just wondering how I would go about making a material like the one shown here:
[UE4] Procedural (Math Based) Visual FX Package - YouTube at 1:26, the material he uses throughout the video.

I guess it’s something to do with manipulating noise but It’s not the kind of thing i can figure out on my own so I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction!

Yeah, I figured it’d be some intense maths, I’m just no where near good enough to figure out the maths on my own and unfortunately I’m not in position to be spending right now :')

Its all math (procedural) based content, I’d suggest to just buy the package at: FX and UI Functions in Materials - UE Marketplace and take it apart.
