Possible materials for space Vistas?

Hello guys!

What software (both 2D and 3D) tools are best recommended for assets that make scenes such as this?

In terms of assets, that Unreal engine 4 is good working with. I do apologize if this question seems Naive, but I have not found much information about this.

Especially Space Vistas, Nebulas, Galaxy-rendering, among others.
