the title says it all i see them listed as a contributor, was on their forums for this release any clue guys, bought a lot of substance files would love to be able to finally use them, without having to compile a different engine version that then breaks something else

no the link is what we don’t need, not supposed to need to compile anymore, the plugin should either be built in now or downloadable at least according to what was said in the above post, sucks got a lot of them and trying to get to use them effectively and trust me compiling to get it is not the way as it seems to break other things in the process
Checked the link again and a little lower there was a link for final binary version.

The Substance plugin is just that, an external plugin. There are no plans to make it a part of the packaged version of the Unreal Engine.
