I am currently trying to texture my terrain but I am having some trouble. I followed this tutorial (Texturing a Landscape in UE4 (Unreal Engine 4) - YouTube) but for some reason the Landscape layer blend is interfering with displaying the texture. If anyone knows other ways to texture terrain please tell me or point out what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
What do you mean by saying “layer blend is interfering with displaying the texture”? Could you give a screenshot of your terrain texture artifacts?
Nevermind. I think I was being foolish. It seems to work but the terrain is black until I select a texture to paint it. Its a bit odd.
