Help with Teleporting in 2D Side Scroller

Hello,
Is there a way that I could modify this blueprint so that when I swipe up or down on the phone screen the character teleports to new target point?
I want to have 3 target points (on the gray areas between the black bars) and if you swipe up you go up by one, swipe down You go down by one target point.
Any help is appreciated!

Here it is now (E, T, and U just for testing it on the PC). But how can I change them so swipe makes me teleport from 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 2 and 2 to 1 (Accordingly to up/down swipe)?
