UI bug: shrinks whole window on tab resize

Description: After resizing the Content Browser/Output Log panel to cover the viewport (see image), when I try to resize it back down it resizes the entire editor window.

Repro Steps:

  1. Click and drag to resize the Content Browser until it meets the top edge of the viewport.
  2. Click and drag it back down.
  3. Whole window resizes.

I attempted to reproduce this but I was unable to get your results. If you could provide a short video or .gif of you reproducing the issue, that would be helpful.

Thanks for providing that GIF. Does it still resize the entire editor window if you click and grab the edge of the Content Browser/ Output Log near the Output Log tab rather than in the center of the window?

No; it appears to work fine as long as the cursor is dragged to the left of the toolbar. However, dragging anywhere directly below the toolbar will trigger the bug.

I was able to reproduce the bug and I have logged JIRA UE-49459.
