Low Frame rate in Windows 64 bit build

Ive been working on a modified version of the Firstperson blueprint template based on the book " Blueprints Visual scripting for Unreal Engine by Brenden Sewell". I just done a package to Windows 64 and was shocked by the poor frame rate for such a tiny game. Ive seen the same performance even during playback in the Unreal editor. Even though my lap top is a Core i3, 2.2 Ghz, 8 GB Ram surely performance should be reasonable. Or should I upload this to my xbox one console for comparison?

Ok Found answer to my question. One needs to adjust the engine scalability settings from the Settings menu in your level. Use auto so settings are optimised for ones computer.

Does it run high fps in editor?
