The blend space setup is different on EU4.17 than the set up on the version used in the tutorials how do i use it

I’m new to UE so when watching the tutorial on blend space I got extremely confused because and older version of UE was being used in the tutorial, please someone explain how to Use Blend space on UE 4.17.
