Why pick up replication isn't working?

Well, I’ve created a blueprint to pickup stuff from the scene, but I’m trying to replicate this ‘event’ to other players on the server, but if I just change the events to ‘Run on Server’ and mark the reliable option nothing happens, in fact, my blueprint stop working. I’m nearly new at this and I don’t know what to do anymore (yep, I already watched a lot of youtube tutorials). You Guys can I explain to me why is this happening and if there is another way to do this?
