Cook Failure

Using UE version 4.17.1 our project is failing during the cooking process. The stack trace it seems to give ends with a call of KERNELBASE.DLL!UnknownFunction

Have tried checking the project out from our source control, restarting the computer and building on a different computer.

Log files since all the posts read seem to ask for them, but none seem to have the specific problem we’re facing.

Does anyone have an idea where we should be looking to enable packaging?
