Adding Content While Working On A Network Bug?

Up to this point I’ve been working locally on all of my projects and I am switching to a network drive in my office. I’m having an issue when adding engine content where the majority of the content is missing.

In this case I’ve created a blank project with no starter content, I click add new – add feature of content pack – starter content and the only thing that imports is Floor_400x400 under the architecture folder. A similar issue occurs when adding the virtual reality template, I’m only getting the Mannequin Hand_Right_CanGrab object.

Do I need to install Unreal in a different way on the network in order to access the engine content? I’m at a loss.
