Blending FullBody Animations with slots and animation montages?

I am rather new to using the animgraph and I have managed to mangle this together. What would be the best way to blend upper arm and fullbody animations? Thanks for any help.
This current version will play the fullbody animations fine but will not apply the aim offsets.

I moved the animations and aim offsets to their own state machine. I’m fairly certain that the problem may be with my slots and anim montages? The leg animations work just fine when the upper body animations are not active; if the weapon uses animations then the lower body animations refuse to blend.
