I try to seperate every body part from the mesh. Deform happens.
I am creating a game where the mesh parts can be different. So i decided to seperate head, hands and legs. I go to 3ds max and cut out the head. (Most up picture in series)
After i am happy with the result. I am importing the mesh into Unreal. Everything works, if the animation is not playing. The scale is right etc. (Middle picture in series)
If i start playing the animation the mesh will deform and looks kinda crap. (Third picture in the series).
If looked closely, you can spot the deformed polygons from the other side. They aren't showing if the animation is not playing. Image below
I don't think theres anything wrong with the bone structure or is there? Image below
