I am creating a game where the mesh parts can be different. So i decided to seperate head, hands and legs. I go to 3ds max and cut out the head. (Most up picture in series)
After i am happy with the result. I am importing the mesh into Unreal. Everything works, if the animation is not playing. The scale is right etc. (Middle picture in series)
If i start playing the animation the mesh will deform and looks kinda ■■■■. (Third picture in the series).
If looked closely, you can spot the deformed polygons from the other side. They aren’t showing if the animation is not playing. Image below
I don’t think theres anything wrong with the bone structure or is there? Image below
