How to disable mipmaps for generated lightmaps

Hello,

is it possible to achieve this “disable mipmaps for generated static lightmaps”. Or tone the effect a little… ? Please note that I need to do this for the UE4 generated static lightmaps.

Also I am getting some artifacts from faces that are close to one another as I move away from them… is there an option to make the ugly artifacts not appear ??

The second part of your question is an issue of lightmap setup, please review the information here:

UDK: Lightmap UV Layout Techniques and How to Create a Second UV Channel in Maya

It is referring to UDK, but setting up lightmaps has not changed between the two engine. In addition check the lightmap resolution of your blotchy items and increase it, but make sure you have fixed your lightmaps first or increasing the resolution will only help so much.
