Error building android with universal mobile ads plugin

I keep getting this error and I cannot seem to figure out what to do - I purchased the universal mobile ads plugin in the marketplace - I cannot seem to understand why this is happening?

Downgrade NDK to r14b and SDK below 25.2.X . This will solve it.
