Weird Brown Landscape Artificats

Hello!

I’ve been working on making a landscape with pretty good detail, so I chose to pack two texture samples for each layer(6 layers in total;12 textures in total): one will have the RGB present the diffuse and the Alpha present the roughness. And the other will have the R and G channels present the normal and the B present the specular and the Alpha present the height, this texture sample was imported with default compression and sRGB set to false. I use a bump offset with the height map attached to the Alpha of the second texture. The problem is however that for some reason, weird brown artifacts are showing on the textures, I tried a lot to find what might be the cause but I failed. I included a lot of images showing the material setup and the artifacts. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
