LPV disabled by Constructor
I just installed 4.17 and I can't set r.LightPropagationVolume to 1 in my ConsoleVariables.ini. It works fine on 4.15, but when I check it on 4.17, the Message Log says "r.LightPropagationVolume = "0" LastSetBy: Constructor"
I have no idea what this means. I'm merely a level designer that doesn't dabble in code, nor has Unreal Engine ever been compiled from source on this machine. Every google search I do regarding this is always about C++ constructors, which I don't think have to do with my particular problem...
