Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Shadows and Quality

Hello, i have a question about shadow and quality UE4. Can you tell me why the shadows are poorly displayed? in some places everything is fine but as you can see in some places (for example, on a plate in the center) on it somehow strange shadows are displayed. I thought that if I increase the value (Light map res) then it will help me but did not help =\ I also use lightmass portal (from each side) and Lightmass Importance Volume. Could you also tell me how to unscrew the settings of the shadows to the maximum ? (i use lighting quality: production and Engine Scalability Settings: Epic) alt text alt text alt text alt text

Hello, thanks for your reply and help ! I did not see this topic, now I looked and changed something in world settings... Now build light...time has increased greatly. and another question I use the standard models and in the topic I understood so discussed the grid in 3d model but I have a standard object. sorry if I do not understand something or I'm wrong D:
