View documentation is always greyed out. How do I enable it?

This one is a tad embarrassing, UE4 documentation is somewhat lacking. I want to say linking worked better in previous engine versions but I can’t really recall, to be honest.
It’s greyed out for a lot of nodes, not all of them, though. Also, certain nodes react to ctrl+alt combo, displaying additional info:
Some nodes will have a [see full documentation][2] link but that’s pretty much the same as context menu shortcut:
People find the documentation slightly underwhelming and unfinished in places; some sections are more fleshed out than others but it all sits here:
tl;dr - I believe that what you’re experiencing in the enabled state already.
