Targetpoint world location

Hello.

Why targetpoint doesnt have world location, or may dont even exist while running stand alone game? But while running Simulation or running game in Viewport it does have it.

I guess its because of to have some Foo actor - to be able clickable and movable in editor, for example as component of another invisible component, however the i thought the reason of Targetpoint is also be some target in runtime projects.
