Some black faces after build illumination

The object of the image has black faces after building the ilumination (Production mode).

Does anyone know why this happens?

LightBuild for Static Meshes requires 2nd UV Channel. Usually reffered to as LightMap UV Channel. Unwrapping UVs for Lightmaps | Unreal Engine Documentation
