Problem:
→ As soon as Enable Window Animations is Checked, the Editor becomes unclickable except for the 3D Viewport.
→ If saved the Problem will stay and prevent you from going into any of the Menues. ( Editor Preferences etc. )
----therefore you aren’t able to resolve the Problem from within the Editor.
Current Solution:
To get the Editor to Work as usual again you have to go into the Config folder of your Project and Delete the DefaultEditorUserSettings.ini
