Slate freezes when setting a SWindow's IsPopupWindow argument

Hi,

If you set a SWindow’s IsPopupWindow argument when you create it, it’ll freeze the rendering of Slate and some odd colors and aliasing are shown. The window can no longer be moved as well. The main loop isn’t blocked however.

I noticed this property isn’t used very much in the tools but there are some exceptions. I’ve tried to see if these work but am unable to find these tools in the editor. The reason I want to use this property is to get rid of the taskbar entry. There’s a method where this is checked but it’s not virtual so I can’t overload it.

Note: I’m using 4.2.
