Crazy FPS drop after I updated my games unreal version

I have a project that I started in UE4.14 and throughout the whole time working on it I had 120fps and then when I finally updated it to use Unreal 4.17 the FPS is ~10 all the time and 99-105ms. My GPU is a 980Ti and its at 100% all the time now.

I have the same problem, please help me!

I fixed mine by reinstalling my graphics driver for my card, I used DDU to uninstall my drivers then did a clean install and it fixed mine. Hope this helps you.
