Can physical constraints be attached to component and keep relative on the move?

I have a scene that follows spline in animation. Door is parent and grip is child but grip needs to simulate physics.
I have add physics constaraint to grip to avoid unwanted movement.
Question!
Can physical constraints have relative movement with animated scene with attach to component node?
Cause when i hit play the grip is just stays on the origin position.
