Mobile HDR not working in 4.17

Mobile HDR in 4.17 not working at all for us (or is working weird). In rendering preview mode and also on mobile device. It’ s seams that this is a bug for this version. Have someone problem with this functionality?
For reproduction is needed only to turn on a “Preview rendering level” as “Android Preview” .

edit: it seams that this problem is also in 4.16.3 and 4.18 preview 3 version of engine.
on the image is shown " android preview" rendering in 4.15 compared to 4.17. The image is the same on android device too.

Hey I have the same issue on a Xiaomi MI6 using UE4.18, it has a snapdragon 835 (One of the most powerfull processors for mobile right now) and I can’t make it work.
Did you find any solution to this?

I have set r.tonemapperfilm=1 via DefaultEngine.ini setings, and enabled mobile HDR in the project settings but with no luck.

I didn’t find any better solution for this problem as moving back to 4.15 version of engine till now. I believe that epic will take care of this problem soon. We are testing it on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 (SM-T810) , with chipset: Exynos 5433 and Mali-T670 graphics chip. And yes, same here that r.tonemapperfilm have no effect on HDR…

Hi there, it seems that we figure out what cause a overbrighten rendering on mobile. Be related with new postprocess values for mobile rendering and it’s default falues causing overbright effect , especially crush highlights and they should be set to zero value to correct output in most cases . I think Epic should set these values to zero on default.
