Why does ue4 4.17.2 VR height not work correctly based on my height?

I have been trying to fix ue4 vr height based on the persons height. However I try changing the motioncontrollerpawn, set tracking origin to floor and eye level, on eye level I try to teleport and I teleport into the floor. When it is on floor origin, the vr camera is up very high and even when teleporting it goes down ever so slightly but it is still high.

The switch on name of HMD device needs to be ‘Oculus HMD’ not Oculus Rift. This is fixed in 4.18 I believe.
