May I post online the contents of UE4's .tps files?
May I post the contents of Unreal Engine's ".tps" files publicly online? (The .tps files are xml files that help describe how UE4 uses Third Party Software.) I was thinking of making a public spreadsheet of the contents of the .tps files for a lot of the third party software that my game supposedly uses, to try to get other people helping figure out how to properly comply with the licenses.

Thanks for the question. It's a very interesting idea and one that I've never heard before! The .tps files make up part of the Source Code for the Unreal Engine and public distribution of Source Code is not permitted by the EULA. I'm sorry to say, but that means that publicly sharing the .tps files in the manner you described is not permitted.
