Static / stationary

I have few question about quality of lights .( i don’t want to know about dynamic stuff )
1: which one gives you more accurate shadow and GI? I test it my self stationary give you clean shadows and more accurate, but with static, its feel you capture more shadows but with many artifacts.
2: I read few PDF and they say dynamic have the highest quality of lighting in UE4 !!! why ?? dynamic doesn’t have any GI or bounces photons ?!
3: if you don’t have any dynamic object in the scene which one gives you the best quality of lighting?

1: Depends on lightmap resolution of the objects. As you increase resolution, at certain point baked shadows become more accurate, then dynamic ones.

2: Again, depends on what you mean under quality. Static lighting does complex light interaction, which would be otherwise prohibitory expensive as dynamic.
