UE4 Crashing On Startup

I just installed UE4 today. When it finished installing, I started it up and got this error:

If you have Windows 10 version N please install Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N (Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1709.msu)

then press WIN+R and run optionalfeatures.exe
Check media features
