Android Project packaging - System.UnauthorizedAccessException

I’ve been activly trying to get an android project to work, but I can’t get past the problems I’m encountering…

So the problem I’m currently having the most trouble with is that Unreal Engine won’t launch or build my project for an android project. It always throws an System.UnauthorizedAccessException on “C:/NVPACK/apache-ant-1.8.2/bin\ant.orig.bat”, and I don’t know how to fix that.
Also, my android phone (a Oneplus 5) always shows up as Unauthorized, but I can’t get it to ask for it. Don’t know if this is the right place for this problem of mine, but maybe it has something to do with the AccessException stated above? (It also didn’t work on the 3rd Person template project used in the quickstart)

I met the same issue here, it should have something to do with the OS , however I can’t fix it even uninstall anit-virus software,reinstall the android SDK.
