Serious problem: Immediately erroring out when trying to zip or package my project

Whenever I try to package my project, or even zip it for backup, it errors out immediately. Could you please help? Here is the log produced when I try to zip it:

Can anyone please help me here? This is currently stopping my game development, I am trying to both back it up and release a new version, and this error is preventing me from progressing! It is serious enough that I am considering using a different game engine.

The answer turned out to be to run Epic Games launcher in Admin mode.

Running Epic Games Launcher in Admin Mode fixed the problem.
