Requirements when using Marketplace content
I'm trying to understand what seems like a conflict between the EULA and various Marketplace FAQs. In this Marketplace FAQ http://help.epicgames.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2521963-buyer-faq it states we need to give appropriate credit to asset creators/Epic when using Marketplace content in our Product. In this other Marketplace FAQ https://publish.unrealengine.com/v2/faq and the EULA v12 https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/eula I see nothing about crediting Marketplace asset creators/Epic for Marketplace content (other than the generic Unreal Engine copyright statement requirement).
So is credit required for Marketplace content, for either content from third-party asset creators or from Epic, or not? And if so, in what form?

Good find! I'll look into the Marketplace Buyer FAQ; you are correct that the EULA does not require credit for Marketplace asset use. And the EULA is the governing agreement.
