Android Launching: Stuck in "Running" Process

Hi all and Epic Games,

the title says it almost. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Smartphone with Android 4 latest version.

When i launch a project, the “Running” Process takes forever, it stucks, while the Project is still running on the mobile device but without textures.

I have tested it with just a simple Test Project. I few blocks with a simple material.

But that was not first issue with mobile projects. Whenever a new version of UE4 is out there and i reinstall the new android files, it goes wrong. The only solution was to reset my whole system, install everything from the scratch, but that cannot be the solution.

Please help. The Android Workflow is so unstable in my experience.
