SubImage particles flickering on mobile
I'm using a particle system with a 2048x2048 texture containing a 6x6 image subUV animation. It's working perfectly on Windows, but flickering on my Android 6 and iOS 10 test devices.
I can reproduce the bug in an otherwise new 4.17.2 project by copying in my texture asset and my particle system.
