Rotator towards with fixed angular velocity

Hi everyone,
I want an create a turret rotate follow player with fixed angular velocity. i have try to use RInterp node but it not work like my expect because i can’t control the angular velocity of RInterp node. For the example if turret behind player it rotate too fast, but turret rotator near to player rotator it rotate very slow, i want it roate with fixed speed.
Do you have an idea to handler this?
