When I try to download the Unreal Engine 4.3.0 , I Just can Subscribe and anything else
Do I have to do something ?

What do you mean by Active subscription ? Paying every month 20$ ?
Do you have an active subscription? When yes, then open the launcher → Library → and there you should be abel to download it
Yep → so when you have canceled your subscription you cant download anything from the launcher

I Had to wait every 20 of the month to pay it, I have now the acces for the Update
