HighResShot not taking motion blur

Hello. I’m trying to create a photocamera simulator. The only thing I’m missing is the shutterspeed. What I’m doing is cranking up the motion blur to simulate the effect. But unfortunately the HighResShot command is not taking the motion blur in account. Or rather I would say the viewport just hangs for a half of the second, and I guess the motion blur stops working at that point.
The other way to do that would be to create a post process material, but I’m not sure how I could reveal dynamic actors movement…I would also have to take direction movement of the camera into account. So it’s not easy nut to crack.
Can someone help me out here?
