Blackboard decorator boolean check

Hi, I am working on a behaviour tree and the decorator to check a boolean value on the Blackboard is allways passing even if the value is false. Why is this? is this a bug, am i doing something wrong here? I have tried all the setting on the decorator but none of them are working.

Root Level Decorator is not executed. You should change the position of the decorator!
